Metro Aqua Clean LLC

Our job here at Metro Aqua Clean LLC is to make things clean; specifically the exterior Surfaces of your Residential or Commercial buildings and structures. When we re-rnove stain, dirt and grime, mold, mildew and other growing life, the exterior surfaces are  left revitalized and looking renewed. Power washing restores curb appeal and revealing the hidden value of your investment.

Clean and well maintained structures help protect  equity in your investments.

Clean is Simply Better!

Soft Washing

  • Does not use pressure to forcefully strip away unwanted buildups.

  • It uses the right mix of detergents and disinfectants that stick to the surface and breakdown the buildup of grime and growths that weaken and diminish the appearance of your home.

  • It is then rinsed away, not with water pressure that would risk moisture penetrating into the interior of  the walls, allowing rot and mold to take roote, but with 6 - 8 gallons of water per minute that  gently rinsed away the funk that has been causing your home to look dull and flat.

  • It does reveal the sparkle and luster of the original surface.

"Cleaning does not repair broken but can make broken shine"

Surfaces that are generally Soft Washed are:

  • Vinyl Siding

  • Vinyl Fencing

  • Stucco

  • Masonry Exterior Walls

  • Roofs - Asphalt, Wood or Tile

  • Painted or Sealed Wood.

Pressure Washing
  • Is used in combination with soft washing on durable and porous surfaces.

  • PSI or pressure per square inch is sometimes needed to penetrate and clean deep into the hard rough surfaces of brick, masonry and cement.

  • Stone Masonry and mortar are not all created equally so knowing how to determine the correct PSI to work with soft wash detergents is the key to restorative Pressure Washing while protecting surfaces.
