Aqua Clean's Soft-wash the Exterior walls and foundation of your buildings and structures, including exterior of Windows (wash and rinse) .
Fences, walls and landscaping structures are normally quoted seperatly as price per unit can differer as well as consideration of type of surface, degree of disrepair, and obstacle or barriers to access.
Driveway, Sidewalk, Patios and Pool Decks (Primary Services)
These types of surfaces tend to need the correct amount of pressure along with a proper detergent mix to be properly cleaned.
Concrete, bricks and stone surfaces have variances in their porosity and durability. Softer concrete mixes can be more easily etched with too much water/Aqua PSI.
Priced by Square Foot with consideration of type of surface and degree of disrepair.

When sealing roofs the sealant:

Pressure wash at 70 PSI not to damage the surface of solid wood. (Please point out of any area of damaged wood, IE rotten, cracked or missing, (We do a visual Inspection as part of SOP when doing services.)

Moving potted plants and furniture a safe distance of at least 12 feet from surfaces to be cleaned. ( we ask that these be moved before our scheduled arrival).

Gardens need covered because of sensitivity to detergents.

In cases where there need extra arrangements and consideration for access to property and access surfaces to be cleaned safely.

Lifts or scaffolding required.

Trees or bushes cut back from surfaces to be cleaned. ( 18" to 24" required)

If surfaces need scraped or shoveled to access surfaces.

When stains are so large or intense that it takes additional time and special detergents to clean. Usually 20% sf of surface or grater.
Include in known issues in Quote Request Form so that proper consideration and preparation can be made.
It is far less costly when we are prepared than if I we arrive without proper equipment or man power or even time scheduled.
If we show up and can not do or complete job due to lack of information our minimum service call applies ($225.00) We would complete as much as was accessible.
