Severity of Stains and excessive grime to penetrate.

Accessibility to Structure

​

Time to set up and protect sensitive plants and gardens.

​

If yard, deck furnishing or plants need to  be moved and then replaced to original spot.

Bundling Servsce

You can drastically increase the impact of each dollar by getting more with up to 40% Savings 

Bounding is Simply purchasing two or more service with at lest one being primary.

​

Each primary service gives a 10%

Each secondary service adds another  5%

1 primary and 1 secondary would give 15%

2 primary and 1 secondary would discount 25%

​

Max discount of 40%

Discount Applies to bundled service only.

 

Additional services and special request are added on after bundle has been discounted

House Washing

  • Up to 2,000 sf house: $0.15

  • 2,000 to 3,000 sf house:$014

  • 3,000 to 4,000 sf house: $0.13

  • 4,000 to 5,000 sf house: $0.135

  • Two Story Structures adds 2%

  • Three Story Structures add 3%

Properties with sensitive plants next to building.

  • 1000 to 1500 sf house: $0.20

  • Gazebo's $0.30 Per SF Includes inside and outside surfaces

Wood Deck Refinish

  • Power Wash, Stain & Seal  $2.00 – $2.50

  • Power Wash, Power Sanding, Stain & Seal $3.00 - 4.00

  • Add Stripping 4.00 – $5.50

  • Railings & Handrails  add 0.50
